I have George David Collins born 1868 Gamlingay Ag Lab
who married 1889 Biggleswade
Emma Jane Noble born 1864.
The first two children were born 1890 and 1891 in Potton the youngest was 2wks as per census, the next two were born in Holbeck Leeds in 1892 and 1894. However George is not with the family in 1891 census Emma and the kids are with her parents. Subsequent years find them back in Potton but by 1901 they are in London, occupation for George still Ag Lab.
The only person I can find (having tried George, David and initials and by year of birth in this year)is in 1891 census for Scotland shows a George Boldick working as a miner, this could be him as the change from ag lab to mining seems feasible and as Yorkshire is the next move also a mining area it is best option I have do you agree?
