Oldbury Censuses - Theophilus Little

Does anyone have access to the 1841 &/or 1851 Census for Oldbury??
I am looking for Theophilus Little, who in 1861 was 31, and shows his place of birth as Oldbury, and was at that time married to Priscilla.
I am hoping Censuses may indicate parents' names.
