Looking for any connections, corrections, additions to the following couples and families of Northumberland, (Ovingham, Styford, Bywell, etal)

Matthew WAUGH (below) married Margaret ROBSON (b.?1798? d.1890 St.John's, Newfoundland, Canada) at Portsea, St.Mary, Dec. 1828, while Matthew was a newly enlisted soldier (joined up at Newcastle, 1826). Margaret ROBSON may have also been from Northumberland, and followed Matthew south to marry. Do not have any origins for Margaret at this time.

Peter WAUGH chrs. Bywell St. Peter, Feb.1729, of Thomas WAUGH and Jane CARR -married, Bywell St.Peter, Nov.1720-

Thomas WAUGH chrs. Bywell St.Peter's Jul.1689 of Peter WAUGH and Catherine HARRISON -married, Ovingham, Apr.1689-

I cannot say how it was pronounced historically, but in North East England today it is pronounced 'Woff'. In other parts of England, it is pronounced as 'War'.
