I have showing on the 1881 census a relative living at 5 Foundry Street,Warrington. His employment was signal man employed by the CLC who had a station within a short walking distance of this address.
By 1891 he had left this address and moved with his work to Toxteth.
I have been looking at a 1895 Trade directory for Warrington and in particular 5 Foundry Street, its occupant at this time was a railway signal man, could it be that this house was owned by the Railway Company.
So my request for help is, has some forum member got an address search facility for the 1891 census that they could look at and advise me if at the time of that census a railway worker was living there.
Thanks in advance
