Would anyone with the 1851 or 1861 census for the area of Imber please look up the following family.
John Tinnams born C.1808
Eliza (wife)
Elizabeth (dau) C.1838
There may well be other children we are not aware of as John and Eliza were married 08/11/1830 at Imber.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
RW.

Hi Janet,
I wonder if I could impose another question on you.
From your previous reply, daughter Elizabeth born 1838 is missing.
She probably married 1861-1864 to Charles Howlitt(Howlett). He was a coach painter.
Their first son, John born 1864 was born in Wilts (?).
If there is an index could you have a quick look for them.
Thanks in advance, Roy
Obviously the marriage not yet located.

Royston,

Sorry, no one with either of those names, or variations, shows up in the 1861 census, unless they appear in a few months when Ancestry do an update to correct errors / omissions.

(I mean no one who matches your information. There are some who are clearly not the ones you are looking for.)
