I am looking for information regarding Thomas ROBBINS and wife Mary? They are both to be found on the 1841 Census in Bourton Road, Buckingham. Thomas shown as 50 and a plumber, and Mary also 50. Their daughter Emma is also at home aged 15, but she was older as married in 1842 aged 19.
Also there is Hannah Robbins, 75 living at Church St. who is possible Thomas's mother? Couldn't find her on the 1851.

From the Register of Baptisms 1813- (PR29/1/6) we find:
Henry, son of Thomas/Mary Robins 10.1.1814 Glazier (plumber/glazier same)
Harriet Ann, daur of Thomas /Mary Robins 1.5.1816 glazier
Robert, son of Thomas/Mary Robins 8.1.1821 Glazier
Eliza daur of Thomas/Mary Robins 2.2.1823 Glazier. *think this is Emma*
William Robert, son of Thomas/Mary Robins 30.8.1826

On the 1851 Census HO 107/1724 we find:

91 Castle St.
William Robbins, apprentice under John Giles, unm.16 Cordwainer App.

188 Bourton Rd. Buckingham
Mary Robbins, head, 65 Accountant, b. Brackley NTH

Bankers Row
Henry Robbins head, m, 37, Plumber/Glazier b. Buckingham, BKM
Elizabeth Robbins, wife, m 38, b. Buckingham, BKM
Jannett Robbins, Daur, 8, b. Buckingham, BKM
Rebecca Robbins, Daur, 3, b. Buckingham, BKM
Charles Edward Robbins, son, 18m, b. Buckingham, BKM

I believe these are the family of my Emma Sophia Robbins, who married John JARVIS in Buckingham on 22.8.1842 and have disappeared by the 1851. This is as far as I have got, and I would be happy to hear from anyone who may recognise these names or have any later information.

Glenys.

Harriett Ann Robbins is my 3rd great grandmother. Thomas Robbins (baptised 8 September 1786 in Brackley) married a Mary Giles (baptised 15 September 1785 in Brackley) at Brackley in 1809.
