burial of Annie Smith from Bexley Hospital

Despite hours of searching I have been unable to find the grave of Annie who died 7th May 1944 in Bexley hospital. I have tried
Greenwich Cemetery: Well Hall Road
Woolwich old Cemetery: Kings Highway
Woolwich new cemetery: Camdale Road
Plumstead Cemetery: Wickham Lane
Eltham Cemetery: Crown Woodsway
Charlton Cemetery: Cemetery Lane
St Mary's Church
She is obviously in a pupers grave but I was hoping that it would be listed.
Does anyone have any ideas please?

I am probably telling you something you already know, but have you seen the Bexley cemetery site at http://www.bexley.gov.uk/service/environ/cemeteries/info.html#bexleyheath They appear to have a genealogical link, so may be worth your while contacting them, but then, you may have already done so ;)
