Higham Ferrers -marriage look up please

Can anyone please look up a marriage entry for William Simmons and Ann Parker in Higham Ferrers in 1837 .
Would like to know who the wittnesses were if possilbe

Hi,

The date of the marriage was 25 Dec 1835 in Higham Ferrers C of E. This can be found in the Northamptonshire Marriage Index.

As you now have what would appear to be a correct date for the marriage, you should be able to get a copy of the entry in the parish register (which will show the witnesses) from Northampton Record Office. http://www.
northamptonshire.gov.uk/en/councilservices/community/ro/pages/default.aspx

You need to contact them to confirm the cost - might be a minimum of four quid which includes the postage; the website is a little confusing! - but cheaper than travelling to the Record Office itself.

Hi Neddy,
FreeReg also shows the marriage but NO names of witnesses are given.
As Pam says above it looks like you'll have to order a copy of the marriage.
