Please could a kind person explain in layman’s terms what this means.

23 June. Administration (with the Will) of the Personal Estate of Samuel Harborne Late of 19 Marlborough-square Chelsea in the County of Middlesex who died 2 February 1856 at 19 Marlborough-square left unadministered by Peter Facer Rossi one of the Executors was granted at the Principal Registry to Mary Brodrick of Verulam-villas Serpentine-road Harborne in the County of Stafford Widow the Daughter one of the Residuary Legatees for Life. There are legal notices published in relation to this matter in the London Gazette
Issue 22158 Page 3157 (http://www.london-gazette.co.uk/issues/22158/pages/3157) dated 2 Jul 1858
