Do you have any other information such as the name of Albert's wife or children (provided they are not still living)?

Free BMD has:- Albert H Morgan marrying Sarah Moredcai Sept qtr 1916 Pontypridd 11a1016. If you bought this certificate it would give you both of the couples father's names, plus occupations, which would allow you to trace them on the census.

I have had a quick look for Sarah's birth (the easier name to look for) and there was a Sarah Ann Mordecai born June qtr 1883 Pontypridd 11a 389. This could be her, but there are 4 other Sarah/Sarah Ann's born in Wales 1875/1890. If you have the marriage cert you will know her age approx. and be able to sort out which one is her.

Birth Marriage and death certs can be bought from the General Register Office (GRO) http://www.gro.gov.uk/gro
The website explains how to order and they cost £9.25 - On the form you will be asked the year, the ie 1916, the quarter i.e. Sept, the area i.e Pontypridd, the volume no. i.e. 11a and the page 1016, plus the names - it really is not difficult.

If you need any further help on how to apply just shout and someone will help you
