Anyone come across the above family name, certainly about 1881 they were living in Staffordshire, head of the family at that time was William and at least one of his daughters born 1866to1868 was called Amelia or Imelia.

I don't see PERREUS on the 1871 census but there's the following PERRINS household -- transcribed as PERRINS but, judging from the enumerator's handwriting could be PERRIUS or PERREUS:
