I am researching the families of my gg grandparents George Pursglove (bc 1826, Wyddial, Herts) and Eliza Ginn (bc 1837, Great Hormead, Herts). I have them from 1871 onwards, but I would be interested in any information on them, or their relations prior to that.

Hi Emma,

There is a considerable volume of information on the Ginn family of Hertfordshire, compiled by Michael Taylor and Michael Ginn.
I have a copy of their work as a word document, but have agreed not to distribute or publish it without their express agreement.

However if you wish to send me a message via the private messaging facility on this site, I will pass your details on to Michael Ginn.

Their work includes Ann Ginn m Joseph Blackeby, who are ancestors of many of the Blackaby families in Herts and elsewhere including Canada, US, and Australia although I have not as yet linked my own branch to that family
