Hello, I'm hoping someone will be able to help.
I have a Thomas WALLACE b abt 1806 in Ireland and his wife Catherine b abt 1813 in Ireland. I do not know where they married but they first appear on the 1841 census.
They had the following children who were all born in Trevethin, according to all the census: -
John b 1834; Margaret b 1839; James b 1842; Michael (my Gt GF) b 1845; Edward b 01.02.1847 and Catherine b 1850.
I cannot find any of the births actually registered and have only found 2 baptisms, at the Gwent GRO, that may be correct and these are Edward Ignatius bap 14.02.1847 St Alban's and Catherine 23.09.1849. Both stated the mother as Catherine formerly McCarthy.
Any help will be appreciated.
