The site is working - if you are having problems connecting, then it is likely to be something external to the forum e.g ISP or undersea cables, or locally, e.g your computer.

Without more detail, it is impossible to say what the issue will be. As you have posted, can you explain a little more re "cannot connect with forums" ?
