Stillbirth- 1945 Holland

I have a stillfbirth, (haven't sent for cert. yet as only found today), Leidschendam-Voorburg,Holland, September 1945. www.genlias.nl

Parents deceased, siblings living.

Are there any cemteries online that I can search or what happened to stillbirths for that time and place?
Is there any way to follow this up?, whilst waiting for certification.Can I order ther certification in English? I cannot read Dutch.
I cannot visit as I am in Australia.
Appreciate help with this matter.
