im back after a long absence i dont seem to be able to get on the home page please help me sort it out raaa

Some of the addresses changed when the software was upgraded. If you usually enter the site via a bookmark in your browser, you will get the message you describe.

Try using the addresses mentioned in the post by Bo Peep above and, if they work, bookmark those as needed and remove your old bookmarks. You can edit your old bookmarks instead if you prefer, but it is easiest to simply click the links above and then save those as your new bookmark, deleting the old ones.
