Adobe phishing scam

I have been sent the following email from a reliable source:

"If anyone receives an email purporting to be from Adobe with the title
something like "Download & Upgrade Adobe PDF 2010 Version for Windows",
please ignore and delete as this is a scam.

Adobe products have an auto update, and if you're in doubt, you can always
get the latest version of Adobe Reader from get.adobe.com/reader"
