BURNETT family

Is anyone researching the BURNETT family of Aberdeen? I know there are a few different ones. The one I'm looking for includes the descendants of Thomas BURNETT and Ann FORBES. Their son, Thomas (c1791-1870), married Mary GRASSICK/GRASSIE (1799-1874) in 1816 in Inverness-shire. Thomas and Mary raised their family in Aberdeen (mostly in the St. Nicholas area). Children: Barbara (c1824-1891), James (c1826), Jane (c1833-1862), Thomas (c1834), Samuel (c1835-1895), John (c1838), William (c1840), Ann (c1848).

Do you know if he had a sister Julia or Juliet Burnett c1801? I am also trying to find her ancestry.
