The Centre for Buckinghamshire Studies at County Hall, Aylesbury have a large collection of photographs of the county. Perhaps contact them to see if they are able to help?

Francisfrith.com has no photos of Little Horwood but has surrounding area photos of Mursley,Winslow & Addington
Sorry forget that ,have just looked at them and they are 1950/60's
