My family were Sims and they all in the pub trade in London..Any connections here?

My family Sims also from London. My grandfather Frank Leonard Sims married Freda Bryan who had a brother George Bryan who was in the pub trade, he owned/managed the Wembley Hotel after the war (WW2). He subsequently moved to a pub in Bristol name I can't remember. A somewhat tenuous connection I agree.
