Looking for information about William J Martin born in County Down 1856 and married Elizabeth Isabella ? from Armagh, Ireland born 1855.

You will need to locate the marriage certificate.
You also should have the birth certifcate of your ancestor which would show Elizabeth's maiden name - especially with a common name like MARTIN.
Did they marry in Co Down? Was your ancestor born in Co Down?
