Writing for a copy of a will

I have found the Microfilm reference number of the will of Joseph CASHMORE, proved in Nov 1824. I have been told it is held at the Consistory Court, London.
How do I obtain a copy? Can I do this by email or on-line? Any idea how much it may cost?
I am not in England so cannot go there myself.
