Hi,
I am still looking for this elusive 5th Gt Grandmother, have tried Orbits and Gravestone websites, now thought I would look for her marriage. I don't have her name at all, so it is very difficult, the husband was James Henshall, born Dublin 1729, Linen Merchant and Printer, his son James was born in 1754 and his daughter Eleanor born in 1760 both Dublin, his first wife must have died somewhere between 1760 and 1774 when he remarried to a widow by the name of Elinor Fay. I have looked on many sites, but have been unable to find his first marriage, any help would be greatly appreciated.

His father must have been James as well, there are two deeds in the registry of deeds for a James Henshall, 1709 and 1714 on properties in Dublin.

Brendan O'Donoghue
grandnephew of Archbishop Denis Eugene Hurley of Durban, thrilled to hear he is having a street named after him and a new community centre.
