Looking for EMMONS in the Billericay area, late 18th/early 19th Century. Have traced back to 2 Jeremiah Emmonses but have no details about either. Any info welcomed.

Hi Val,

My great X 3 grandfather, William Bezant (1788-1871), married Elizabeth Ann Emmons (1787-1858) on 27Oct 1814 at Southwark, St Saviour, Surrey. Caroline Emmons was one of the witnesses. William was born in Laxfield, Suffolk. Both he and Elizabeth died at 7 Whittington Terrace, Upper Holloway, London.
