I have looked on the 1841 census and I'm sorry but I dont have anything very specific but it may help in your research if you dont already have it.
Norbury is only a couple of miles from Wentnor. All I could find on the 1841 census is a Mary Reynolds, born abt 1811 and living in the civil Parish of Norbury. There is also another Mary Reynolds who I presume is her daughter born abt 1837.

I have also looked on the 1851 census and found a Edward Reynolds born abt 1844 in Wentnor, Shropshire, aged 7.
His family include;
Ann Reynolds aged 15
Eliza Reynolds aged 21
Fredrick Reynolds aged 3
henery Reynolds aged 12
THOMAS REYNOLDS aged 52
William Reynolds aged 15.

I was brought up in this area and a very beautiful area it is. If you would like any other look ups then please just let me know.
It is also very interesting to note that the Civil Parish for the above REYNOLDS is Adstone which is a very very small area and my grandmother was born and raised in this area before marrying my grandfather from Wentnor.

Hope this all helps with your search.
Gilly.
