Richard Fowler born 1776 my 3xGreatgrand father is on the 1841 Census
in Birmingham,Warwickshire.It says he was born out of County so was
not born in Birmingham.
So i would say he was a Stray from another County but which one, i wish i knew.
Can any one claim this Richard Fowler and help me find my Grandfather.
