Lookup for George Page

Greetings from NSW Australia
In the 1881 Census George is listed as being born in NK, Surrey in 1837. I have no idea what NK stands for, and realise that 1837 is on the cusp of Civil Registration Records. Could some kind person please look up the birth or baptism records for this person who is my Great Grandfather

I think you will find that NK stands for 'Not Known'

FreeBMD gives a GEORGE PAGE, b Sept qtr 1838, LAMBETH 4 293.

Could be. George gives his birthplace as Camberwell in 1871 Census, Not known, Surrey, in the 1881 Census and Stepney in the 1901 census. So not very consistent. That presumes I have got the same George each time. Kids and wife seem consistent over time.
