View Full Version : Death in 1908 Staffs.Which Newspaper?

The death occured on 05/04/1908.My Great Aunt Florence Emma Bradbury was found drowned in the Birmingham Canal at Short Heath.Certificate recieved from the Coroner for South West Staffs.Can anyone tell me which newspaper would have covered the inquest?

express and star 51-53 Queen St, Wolverhampton WV1 1ES, England that should cover the short heath area
advertiser, Central Independent Newspapers, Ventura Park Road, Bitterscote, Tamworth, B78 3LZ. they do photo sales also so maybe there was a pic of her in the paper you never no you need to call this number for that 01922 721234 or 01827 858586

|help|I've contacted Walsall and Wolverhampton archive and local studies groups.It looks as though any information is likely to be in the Wolverhampton area.Does anyone know if Wolverhampton Library is likely to do searches or are they all linked?:)
