Im trying to locate my gg grandparents and the 1881census lists Peter Mclaren as the inn keeper in Newburgh, Fife. He was married and at this time had 4 children. What backs this up for me is that on his sons( also Peter) marriage and death certificates his occupation is stated as an inn/hotel keeper. Would anyone know the name of the inn at this period? They didnt stay in this area for too long and tracking them down is quite difficult. Does anyone know of this family? If so would love some info....cheers.
