Hi
I am tracing my family and am unable to find William Dipper's (born in Hampton Oxfordshire 1838) wife. I have found his household
Ediwn (1861) born in Ardley Oxfordshire
Amos (1869) born in Ardley Oxfordshire
Mary (1870) born in Ardley Oxfordshire
Jesse (1871) born in Ardley Oxfordshire
James (1873) born in Ardley Oxfordshire
John (1875) born in Ardley Oxfordshire
Ann Crawford housekeeper (1827) Eagcott Buckinghamshire

With James (1873) being my relative. James son Harold (1910) being my grandfather.

Thanks

Thanks Hi Stick you do not say which census this represents and where in the country it is, if it is the Bicester area there is a marriage of a William Dipper in sept qtr 1859 to a Martha Gibbard ref 3a 793, also on same ref is a William Dibber with no adjoining spouse name. We must have been typing at the same time as no Oxfordshire shown!! on original

Found on Freebdm

Best Regards

Thanks this could be it I think Bicester is only 10 or so minutes form Ardley where the children were born. Is there a death for Martha as William is listed as widower?
