Is there any reason why a whole family would be missing from the 1901 census? My grandfather born 1893 with his twin sister and an older sister Theresa Rose born 1888 are no where to be found. The family name was Whadcock, I know he was in Leicester in 1903 because I have a school photo for a Leicester for that year, he also fought in the Leicester regiment in ww1

which seem to indicate the family is there, but the name is slightly different. Perhaps you have missed their replies?
