I have eventually tracked my late great grandmother and I am looking for some help. She died at 12 Ashburton Road, Blackpool on 1st June that year, her husband William was with her. Where do I go to get some sort of obituary or death record. I would like to find out who was present at her funeral or even discover where she was buried. Any help as always, greatly appreciated.

Easy question to answer. :)
http://catalogue.bl.uk/F/?func=file&file_name=find-b&local_base=NPL
enter 'blackpool'.
You are then given a list of all the (major) Blackpool newpapers, with their dates of existence. Check which ones are relevant for the 1921.
Then you need to contact Blackpool Library (http://www.blackpool.gov.uk/Features/FindALibrary/LibrariesFinder.htm?ID=15420106&Page=1&CatID=06340458), and ask if they have copies of xyz paper(s) for June 1921, and if so would they please be able to check for an obituary/funeral report for someone who died on 1st June, and if found send you a copy of said report.
You should also just ask if there would be a charge. Much as though you would like the report if it's going to cost you fifteen quid you might just say no. :)
