According to the 1851 Census, my Bradford ancestors are in the Bethnal Green area. They reside at 40 Somerford Street. They are listed as follows:

Thomas, head, 26 yrs old, poulterer, b: Bethnal Green
Caroline, wife, 20 yrs old, b: LPool
Thomas, son, 2 yrs old, b: Bethnal Green
no name, daughter, 1 month old, b: Bethnal Green
Sarah, mother, 55 yrs old, b: Hackney
Elizabeth, sister, 18 yrs old, b: Bethnal Green
Louisa, sister, 12 yrs old, b: Bethnal Green

I can't find them in the 1861 nor the 1871 census. In the 1861 census, the house numbers for Somerford Street range only from 1 to 20 for some reason. I've reconfirmed that the house number is 40 in the 1851 census.

According to the 1881 Census they are in St George in the East. They're listed as follows:

38 Spencer Street
Thomas, lodger, widow, 29 yrs old, dock laborer, b. Whitechapel

123 Cornwall Street
John, head, 21 yrs old, unemployed, b. London
Alice, wife, 21 yrs old
John, son, 1 yr old
Thomas, son, 3 months
Emily, daughter, 4 months

109 Cornwall Street
Caroline, head, widow, 46 yrs old, poultry dealer, b. Maidstone, Kent
James, son, 17 yrs old, b. London
William, son, 15 yrs old, b. London
Jessie, daughter, 10 yrs old, b. London
Alfred, son, 8 yrs old, b. London
Emma, daughter, 6 yrs old, b. London

If you can locate them in the 1861 or 1871 census or have any additional information, I'd appreciate the help. Thanks in advance. ....Ed
