can any one help me i am looking for william maxwell born about 1813
belfast his father was francis maxwell mother martha maxwell nee keith
we dont know if francis or martha were born in belfast or scotland we
can not find records for william we have come to a stop with the family

Although bordered by County Down, Belfast is generally considered to be in County Antrim, and so I have slid the post onto that forum. :)
