hi trying to locate final resting place
george halsey b,13/12/1857 cublington,marr,26/12/1882,d,sep 1930 salford.have found his son in weaste,william.
parents thomas/cecelia,
have been trying for months to no avail,please help,thanks,mr ian halsey.

Helo Ian, the cemetery offices at Agecroft and Peel Green (Salford) maintain all stautory burial records for Weaste Cemetery. If you write to the Agecroft office they may do a grave search for you, although they will charge a fee for doing so. I think the cost is £30 pounds up to a 2 year period, or £15 pounds if accurate dates are given. Hope this is of some help.:)

Are you sure he was buried? If he was, there is no guarantee that a headstone will exist to mark his resting place - many graves are unmarked. Have you found the grave for his parents? Is he mentioned on there perhaps?

hi and thanks dont no if buried cant be cremated,dont no about headstone,like a said his son is there,have visited grave and no headstone,
parents died aston abbotts,is it possible in 1930 his body taken back to bucks and would this have cost a lot then?
