Ann, could this be them? They match your requirement in every way, except the surname!

James McAllen/Head/M/34(1817)/Dresser/Glasgow Lanarkshire
Janet McAllen/Wife/M/34(1817)Glasgow Lanarkshire
Jane McAllen/Dau/S/10(1841)/Scholar/Glasgow Lanarkshire
John McAllen/Son/S/4(1847)/Glasgow Lanarkshire
William McAllen/Son/S/2(1849)/Glasgow Lanarkshire

Source: 1851 Scottish census
Parish No: 644/1
Cival Parish: Glasgow St John
Address: Silefield St
ED: 23
Page: 19
Sch: 75
Line: 18

Searched 'A' using all your name variations plus a few others, but nothing suitable came up. Using William, the youngest, as pretty sure would be with his family, entered all family details, but no surname, and above were about sixth in the list.

Hi Pandad|bowdown|
This is them!!! Thank you so much. The last name for this family seems to be differnet with every census. Very confusing..........I thought I had tried all the name variences, but you came up with a new one!
Thanks again,
Ann

Just what I thought, but, the surname may not be correct because you do not see actual images of Scottish Census on 'A', only data they have transcribed and indexed. For confirmation might be worth trying to view an actual image.
