Mariner 1836 to calcutta

I am absolutely hopeless at looking up mariners ships ect so can anyone help me please.
William Nelson Shilstone (shelton) sails on Fergusson of Whitehaven 8th Feb 1836. Arrives Calcutta May 1836.
Is Fergusson the name of the ship? Also can i find a crew list as i would like to verify if he was definately on it.
