My Woodstock interest is George WINTER 1828 who married a Mary Ann FYFIELD (?) b1828 Charlbury.
It is this family on the 1871 UK Census RG10 / 1336 / P48 (Cannot see a Folio number on the image) Civil Parish of Hornsey. Village of Crouch End. He is a "leather dresser" by profession. They have 10 children in 1871.
Of immediate interest is is Emily Alma WINTER, b1855 Middlesex, who married George HARRIS b1853 (Unknown place). These are my paternal gggparents.
Emily Alma had a sister, Camilla L 1870, and it is this lady who appears on the 1881 UK Census visiting George HARRIS b1853, at Aldersbrook House, East Ham.
So, my search is for the WINTER family in Woodstock and the FYFIELD (?) family in Charlbury.
