how do you edit text. i see messages with smiley faces etc, bold and italics. how do you do this?????

how do you edit text. i see messages with smiley faces etc, bold and italics. how do you do this?????For smilies, when you write a reply look above the text box and you will see a smiley, :) click on it and you will see a whole range of the little blighters, !:eek: just click on the one you want and it will appear in your reply.

To edit a previous post of yours, click the edit button below your post, I have just written this sentence by doing so.
