Thomas willoughby was recorded as lock-keeper at Napton when his sons thomas (1817) and edward (1820) were baptised at Offchurch. He married (as a widower) Anne Piddock 1816 also at Offchuch.
I am trying to establish whether he was the same thomas baptised at southam 2 sep 1761 , married Ann Eyres at Offchurch 1803 and fathered John 1805 and William 1806 (bap Radford Semele). Or whether these are two or even three separate people.
Any records of lock-keepers available?
