Martha Pratt - look up please

Hi

Could anybody help me find Martha Pratt born c 1825 in Bishops Stortford, Herts please. I have found her in 1871, 1881 but would like to find her earlier.

There is a Martha PRATT aged 35 working as a draper's assistant, born Bishop's Stortford. Six live-in assistants with family of draper George AGER.

Ancestry has her age indexed as 55 but looking at the image (rather fuzzy writing) I think it is 35.

Thank you looking at the Census form it looks like age 35 so this could be her but I wonder where she is before this.

Here she is in the 1851 census of Colchester St Mary at the Walls (mistranscribed as MATT - they don't make it easy for us do they!!):

She is living in the household of a John W GILMOR, Linen Draper and his family.
