See my response to your other thread on Surname Interests (http://www.british-genealogy.com/forums/showthread.php?t=33983)

Is this John WISEMAN who married Mary PLATTEN at Worstead in 1761 - and who subsequently seem to have had several children in Worstead?

Worstead Parish Registers
Entry no.35
John WISEMAN of this parish, singleman and
Mary PLATTEN of the same, spinster
Married in this church by banns
this 30th March 1761 by me J.WATTS, Curate
Groom and bride both made marks
witnesses: John WARNER, Sarah BAKER - both signed their names

The Banns register entry no.28 shows that the banns were read 15th, 22nd and 29th March 1761, but provides no additional information.
