I have discovered that this is the full name of the lady I believed was my great great grandmother. I thought her name was Mary Nelhams but have found that she was apparently not married to my great great grandfather, Robert Nelhams. I wondered if anyone who might read this message is researching the name - Birch. Mary was born around 1796 and was still alive in 1857. Maybe Birch was not her name at birth as I suppose she could have married someone named Birch before she lived with Robert Nelhams. I am at a stand still with my family research.
