I have a rellie who was is listed on the 1901 census as being in His Majesty's prison North Manchester .
I also believe that his brother may have been in His Majesty's Prison in Knutsford Cheshire on the 1901 census.
Does anyone know how I could get any details of why they would have been in prison ?
