Anyone else researching the GRANTS from St Cuthberts


Particularly interested in John Grant who married Euphemia Nelson in 1841
and their sons George Nelson Grant (who settled in Derby)
and John the second son, I do`nt know any details about him, he may have died
but I could not find any info about when

Grerge Neilson Grant b 1841 Edinburgh parish ( looks like a transcription error)

John Peter Grant b 1844 St Cuthberts Edinburgh.

I can find no marriage of a John Peter Grant in Midlothian up to 1875 on IGI .

There are 3 marriages of John Peter Grant in Scotland 1855-1900 on SP but none in Midlothian. I do not have any credits left so I cannot check them for you.

I can find no death for a John Peter Grant mothers maiden name Nelson in Scotland.

Maybe he didn't marry in Scotland or never married.
