hi,a julie here looking for any help with the surname lovatt, my grandfather edward lovatt, was born 1910 in wolverhampton,we think his parents were also from wolverhampton as well but are not 100% sure, i think there names were stephen and rebecca, but not certain , they may have been known as this, but there real names could have been dirrerent, edward had 3 brothers arthur, george and stphen, they also had 2 daughters elsie and dorothy (dot), i am still waitind for edwards birth cert, if any one can help plese do, julie
