Try the website
http://www.asacaustralia.com/mint3.htm
It is actually an Australian site but the medals and qualifying periods seem the same as British medals.

The medals you site are campaign medals.

Do you know if there is a site that lists what medals a serving officer was awarded in WW2.

If you have your fathers regiment and no. you can get all your fathers military history and medals awarded. It costs £25 for the search and takes about 3months.
