Matthew EDWARDS was born Westmeath 1803(c). He was married to Anne and had 3 known daughters Mary, Ellen & Elizabeth.
Matthew was tried in 1832 (for stealing money) at Roscommon and sentenced to be transported to Australia on the "Portland" in 1833. His wife and children joined him in Australia.
Please, does anyone know of this family and/or where I can continue my search?
