I am researching the Richardson family:
David Richardson was born in Gosberton, Lincolnshire in 1847 but by 1871 was an assistant in a Draper's shop in Jacket Street.
He married Ada Alice WATTS in 1877 and in 1881 was living in Suffolk Street, Heigham.
Children:
Ernest John W: b 1877
Hilda Gwendoline: b 1879 d 1885
Audrey: b @1882
Constance Agnita: b @1883
Harold George E: b 1886 - married in Dec 1/4 1908
Aylmer Ewart: b @1887

If anyone has any information or connections with this family, I would live to hear from you

Regards
Margaret

No connection, but the 1851 census CD only has one Ada Alice WATTS born about the right time - does it match up with the marriage certificate?

Thank you for the information
I haven't yet managed to obtain the marriage certificate but it could well be the right Ada - Ada Alice isn't a common combination of names. Also, her son's middle name was John: could have been after her father. According to the 1881 census she was 31 and in 1891 was 41, so being 3 in 1851 isn't too far out
