Looking for more info on G-g grandfather - Captain William Scott. Apparently he was a master mariner and Trinity House Pilot and although born in Glasgow area, lived most of his life in Leith. Married Mary Lawrence(born Edinburgh). There were three children, William, Mary Lawrence Scott and Isabella Scott (great grandmother). Unable to track down William or Mary - wondered what happened to them? Isabella married William Eidmann and moved to London, and eventually South Wales - she died in 1906. Capt Scott died in 1901. If anyone has info I will be eternally grateful!!!
